Bryan Roessler

Executive Director of Association Management

 

Bryan leverages over 15 years of association experience to guide association boards in crafting their growth strategies for management, member engagement, and meeting planning.

Bryan’s leadership focuses the association on key result areas. Bryan’s background includes working for three associations including the Wisconsin School Safety Coordinators Association, Wisconsin Safety Council and Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce. Bryan was appointed by Governor Jim Doyle to serve on Wisconsin’s Citizen Corps and has also served on the board of the National Safety Council. Roessler will leverage his expertise in strategic planning, consulting, training, conference development, sponsorships, and grants to enhance the value to MRA Association Management Service partners and their members.

     
 

Leigha Schatzman

Association Services Manager

 

Leigha brings over 12 years in the meeting and event planning industry. Leigha’s zeal for planning has led her to work with Microsoft, American Express, Harley-Davidson Motor Company and Manpower Corporation.

Leigha is a native of Wisconsin. She enjoys family time with her husband and three children. When not planning a professional event, she’s usually pressed into service for parties for friends and relatives. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Communication.

     
 

Pam Estergard

Accounting Department Manager

 

Pam Estergard coordinates all financial activities for association clients including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as compiles and reports monthly financial statements. Pam has 20 plus years of experience in accounting which includes eight years in non-profit accounting. Prior to joining MRA four years ago, Pam was Accountant and Systems Manager with the Wisconsin Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she managed all aspects of the chapter's accounting department as well as network and database administration.

 

Bonni Yordi, Ph.D.

Director of Surveys and Business Research

 

Bonni Yordi is responsible for the survey department, which provides compensation, benefits, and other HR-related surveys, as well as focus groups and training needs assessments. She has over 30 years of experience as a manager in a major corporation, a business owner, and a department head at a university. She has given numerous presentations, published articles, and served as a team member on seven national research projects addressing issues of strategic planning, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Bonni earned her bachelor's from Oklahoma University, her master's from Roosevelt University in Chicago, and her Ph.D. from The Union Institute of Ohio.

     
 

Mark Curry

Manager of Information Systems

 

Mark Curry is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all technology-based products and services used by the MRA staff. Mark has worked in the computer industry for over 30 years, getting his start working on Air Defense mainframe computers from IBM for the United States Air Force. After finishing his tour, Mark worked as a Customer Engineer with Control Data Corporation (CDC) maintaining and repairing large CDC and IBM Mainframe computers and peripherals until 1986 when his skills were enlisted by Sentinel Technologies, a third party integrator, to facilitate the opening of their first branch office in Brookfield, WI.

     
 

Cassie Schauer

Association Coordinator

 

With Employer Associations of America (EAA) and the Association of High Technology Distribution (AHTD), Cassie Schauer supports day-to-day operations of the associations including conference logistics and membership coordinating. Before joining MRA, Cassie worked for three years with Infosoft Group Inc., in the online employment industry, composed of over 600 nationwide websites including MilwaukeeJobs.com. Cassie advanced in the organization from Marketing Intern to Marketing Coordinator. She has extensive marketing and administrative support experience. Her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing is from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
